Doane University's College of Education is looking for an Office Coordinator to provide support to the Master of Arts in Counseling Program on the Lincoln Campus. We are looking for a highly customer- focused, organized individual to provide key administrative support to students and faculty within the College of Education.

The Office Coordinator's responsibilities include: answering phones, greeting and assisting guests, responding to correspondence via email, data entry, filing, preparing materials, copying, sorting and disbursing mail, and other general office responsibilities. In this role, you will also provide occasional administrative support to the Senior Executive Assistant for the President's Office.

Education/Training/Experience Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous office experience in a collaborative office environment

Qualifications/Skills/Abilities Required:

  • Basic office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to set up zoom or Google Meet video conferencing for meetings with Doane University divisions
  • Google Workspace and project management software and should be able to work with typical office equipment.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and customer service focus
  • Knowledge of MS Office products
  • Accurate data entry and ability to transfer data from hard copy to digital databases
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Education/Training/Experience Preferred:
  • Associates degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of office experience in a collaborative office environment
